Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer landscape. You will implement marketing strategy as directed by the District Manager and serve patients by delivering clinical product knowledge.

You will build accounts, manage discussions tailored to customer needs, ensure product access, and support education programs, with options for in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, business, or related field.
• 4 years of sales experience or 6 years with a high school diploma/GED.
• Healthcare/clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive uptake.
• Lead sales programs and achieve targets via in-person and virtual engagements.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the DM.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and patient impact throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards in all activities.
