HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Professional registration (engineer/architect) preferred.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Group.
• Lead service delivery technology initiatives and integration across the group.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop technology roadmaps and advance strategic plans for the next 3–5 years.
• Partner with director-level peers to align strategy and execution.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and thought leadership.
