HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology lead, and technical project execution.

You will shape strategy for the next 3–5 years, align technology with business goals, and drive excellence across staff and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Committed to HDR values and employee ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead and mentor staff, align strategy with operations, and monitor KPIs to drive success.
• Develop technology roadmaps and foster collaboration across service delivery classes.
• Represent HDR as an industry leader and drive strategic initiatives across markets.
