Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The hybrid role blends leadership, delivery, and execution across multiple market sectors.

This senior role reports to the Resources Professional Services Director and collaborates with the Resources Program Management and Resources Technology Directors to advance strategic goals and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP certification recognized.
• 10+ years of related field experience and professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of HDR’s program management services and technology integration within the Resources Business Group.
• Lead strategic plan development for program management over the next 3–5 years and position HDR as a market differentiator.
• Mentor staff, drive career development, and support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
