Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution across multiple market sectors.

The role reports to the Resources Professional Services Director and collaborates with several senior leaders to drive strategic plans, KPIs, staffing, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of our program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead knowledge transfer by establishing standards, tools, and recommended practices across RBG Program Management Business Class.
• Collaborate with other Service Delivery Leads to provide leadership of technical capabilities within Program Management.
• Promote consistent delivery and technical excellence.
• Monitor KPIs of the business class to meet defined areas, regional and business-group metrics.
• Lead mentorship, training, and career development programs for practitioners within the Program Management business class.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management and technology roadmaps.
