HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group.

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution to align strategy, delivery and innovation across multiple market sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration (Engineering) and related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead Service Delivery Technology initiatives to optimize project execution and analytics.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps for Service Delivery Business Classes.
• Mentor and develop practitioners within the Program Management class.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding and staff development.
