Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership across program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

The position reports to the Resources Professional Services Director and collaborates with multiple leaders to drive KPIs, staffing, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Report to Resources Professional Services Director with dashed line to other directors and coordinate with cross sector teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive utilization targets including a 40% project utilization.
• Lead mentorship, training, and career development for practitioners in the program management class.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies and staffing opportunities.
• Shape strategic plan for program management and position HDR as an industry differentiator.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and foster unified PM practice across the organization.
