Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead and optimize service and maintenance for occupied single-family homes. You will oversee internal teams and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely work and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and knowledge of maintenance operations, with flexibility for after-hours support and field oversight across a broad service area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family, single-family, military housing or equivalent.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.
• Ability to review and understand cost estimates and scopes of work with current labor rates in given MSA.
• Effective communication with General and Sub-Contractors on scope, price, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of lease documents and resident rules.
• Manage service jobs to provide outstanding customer service and timely resolution of resident requests.
• Monitor response times, resident satisfaction, and portfolio productivity.
• Review schedules and approve third party vendors, pricing, and invoices.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for proper diagnosis and repair.
• Ensure timely training for self and supervised team members and compliant with training programs.
• Follow up on service orders to ensure resident satisfaction and address issues.
• Manage semi-annual home inspections to improve satisfaction and lease occupancy.
• Conduct property visits for occupancy checks, utility coordination, and HQS compliance.
