Progress Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance and service operations for our occupied single-family rental homes across the region. You will oversee open service jobs, preventative maintenance, and ensure high resident satisfaction while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will manage a team, ensure safety compliance with HUD/HQS standards, and drive efficiency in scheduling, cost control, and project delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or single-family housing or equivalent.
• EPA-certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including some weekends/evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of service jobs and preventative maintenance across occupied homes.
• Oversee vendor selection, pricing, and invoices for completed work.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HUD/HQS standards and local codes.
• Coach and supervise service team, with performance reviews and training.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and timely response to requests.
