Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance for occupied single-family homes. You will oversee service work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high resident satisfaction across an assigned region.

You will manage inspections and training, ensuring safety compliance and efficient operations while supporting a fast-paced team dedicated to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family, single family, military housing or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service jobs to provide outstanding customer service and timely resolution for occupied homes.
• Provide leadership and daily management over an assigned area and team.
• Review schedules and approve third party vendors, vendor pricing, and invoices.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for proper diagnosis and repair.
• Ensure required training is completed for self and team members, and compliance with training programs.
• Conduct semi-annual home inspections to improve resident satisfaction and control turn costs.
• Coordinate with Housing Authorities and HUD-related program compliance.
