Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead residential maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure quality workmanship in accordance with SOPs and budget guidelines. You will plan move-in/move-out, supervise staff, manage work orders, and maintain asset upkeep while delivering exceptional resident service and safe, compliant facilities.

Applicants should have at least 6 years in multi-family maintenance with supervisory

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; English and math competence required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, building construction).
• EPA Type I and II certification and basic training for lead-based paint and mold; OSHA knowledge.
• Ability to organize and oversee team activities to meet goals.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, conflict resolution, and staff development skills.
• Proven budgeting and expense control; oversee capital projects up to $10,000.
• Computer proficiency including Word/Excel; familiarity with Entrata or Yardi is a plus.
• Must provide and maintain own basic hand and power tools.
• May be required to wear a respirator after medical exam and fit test.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment; maintain job knowledge.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance personnel; manage move-in/move-out inspections and 24/7 emergency schedule.
• Train and support maintenance technicians; assist in maintenance projects and community activities.
• Process maintenance orders; manage inventory within budget; forecast expenses.
• Assist in creating and implementing a preventative maintenance plan; inspect property regularly.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; enforce safety and environmental policies.
• Solicit and evaluate maintenance contract proposals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
