Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on residential properties. You will address plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry work and other tasks to ensure homes and grounds are well-maintained and safe for residents.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II credentials, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Local travel and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Type I/II certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family or housing maintenance with competency in 2–3 trades.
• Ability to read English, follow safety guidelines and work with tools independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on homes and grounds (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professional customer service.
• Complete make-ready/turnover tasks within established timelines and maintain safety standards.
