Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams, ensure timely and quality work, and uphold safety and budget guidelines across the residential asset. You will mentor technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate 24/7 emergency responses to support a high standard of resident living.

The role requires extensive multi-trade experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance with 1 year in supervisory or coordination role.
• Certification in four or more trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, HVAC or building construction).
• EPA Type I and II certification and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests.
• Follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment and demonstrate operational knowledge.
• Plan, organize and direct maintenance personnel and move-in/move-out inspections; manage 24/7 emergency maintenance schedule.
• Train and support maintenance technicians on projects and community activities.
• Process maintenance orders and maintain inventory within budget; forecast expenses.
