Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an experienced on-site maintenance supervisor for our Oklahoma City properties. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage preventative tasks, and coordinate with vendors for capital projects while preparing units for turnover.

The role requires reliable travel between properties and hands-on expertise in light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in residential maintenance, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and HVAC knowledge

Qualifications

• 4-5 years maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
• 1-2 years with supervisor responsibilities
• Make-ready turns including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to other properties
• Must have a basic set of tools and be reliable

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for contracted services and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare apartments for make-ready turns.
• Perform general maintenance duties as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on-call.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance for common areas.
• Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Complete work orders for plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical tasks.
