Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance, preserve asset quality, and deliver a high standard of living for residents. Under the Facility Director, you will lead a team of technicians, coordinate work orders, and manage supplies.

Qualifications include 4+ years in property maintenance, 4+ years supervising 4+ staff, HVAC/plumbing/electrical and carpentry skills, proficiency with RealPage or YARDI, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training preferred.
• HVAC/CFC, CAMT, journeyman plumbing/electrician certs preferred.
• 4+ years in property maintenance in multi-family settings.
• 4+ years supervising a team of 4+.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance work orders and make-ready tasks.
• Assign tasks to technicians and provide guidance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment knowledge.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff and manage budgets for supplies.
• Maintain inventory and process purchase orders within budgeted guidelines.
• Support preventative maintenance planning and compliance with policies.
• Ensure property standards and turnover work within timeframes.
