Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our on-site maintenance team at the Fort Sill location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, procurement, and staff development, ensuring safety and policy compliance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and HVAC.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and cost control, with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering reliable service to residents and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in residential property management with facility management focus.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in 4+ trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the maintenance team; oversee daily and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee budget oversight, inventory control, procurement and safety training.
• Lead recruitment and retention of a diverse team; ensure accountability.
• Organize operations to meet business goals and allocate resources.
• Develop annual maintenance budget and manage expenditures.
