Job summary

Corvias Group LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee physical operations, preservation and maintenance of our housing asset. You will ensure a high quality living environment and build strong relationships with residents, team members and vendors.

Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry is essential. You will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, manage work orders, safety programs and budgeted inventories, and coordinate 24/7 emergency maintenance while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses or technical school training strongly preferred.
• Industry relevant certifications/licenses preferred, including HVAC/CFC, CAMT, journeyman plumbing/journeyman electrical.
• 4+ years of direct property maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family environment.
• 4+ years directly supervising a team of 4+ people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through fast response times and quality home maintenance.
• Assign jobs to maintenance technicians and provide guidance as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment and maintain knowledge of related operations.
