Job summary

Allure Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day corrective and preventative maintenance for our property. You will lead the maintenance team to deliver safe, timely, high-quality service to residents and maintain apartments, common areas, and building systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of residential units, common areas, building systems, equipment, and grounds.
Respond to resident maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational needs.
Monitor timely completion of work orders, make ready work, and routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall and general building issues.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
Ensure maintenance areas are safe, clean, and organized.
