Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance across the community. The role emphasizes on‑site leadership, timely responses to work orders, and upholding high service standards.

You will manage preventative maintenance, track records, and assist with budgeting while ensuring excellent customer relations with residents and management teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use on‑site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Manage staff and vendors to maintain property.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Attend on‑call emergencies as needed.
• Maintain records and inventory.
