Allied Residential, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily property maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team. You will coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships to sustain high-quality living environments for residents.

You will manage budgets, track costs, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and basic technical documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills (algebra/geometry).
• Commitment to professionalism and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and staffing requirements.
• Assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks; obtain bids for outside work as needed.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports for management.
• Review contractor bids for approval and participate in meetings.
• Support property upkeep, including cleaning and unit turnovers as needed.
• Promote safe work practices and address safety concerns promptly.
