Job summary

ALLURE LIFESTYLES COMMUNITIES, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Texas properties. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of apartments, building systems, grounds, and common areas while delivering safe, timely, and high-quality service to residents.

You will coordinate daily work orders, supervise staff, train and coach employees, and work with vendors and residents to address maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of residential/apartment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of units, common areas, building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and prioritize work orders.
• Inspect apartments and equipment for maintenance and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventories.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff; ensure safety and professional conduct.
