Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at a community, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks. You will oversee staff, coordinate with vendors, and manage preventative maintenance programs to protect property value and resident satisfaction.

This role requires on-site presence, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to resident and management relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge/desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage community maintenance operations, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager and vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Plan and manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure timely completion of work orders.
