Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for our community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and high resident satisfaction while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, budget-conscious supply management, and strong leadership to guide maintenance staff and vendors in daily activities and make-ready tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Manage preventative maintenance and safety compliance with OSHA standards.
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work orders, and inspect units daily.
• Maintain records of service requests, make-readies, and safety checks.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist with budgeting for maintenance supplies and equipment.
