Job summary

Allure Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance on a Reno property. You will lead a team, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely, safe service for residents across units, common areas, and grounds.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems while coordinating with vendors and property management to address maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential/apartment maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; EPA/CPO are preferred.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of units, common areas, and grounds.
• Respond to resident requests and prioritize work orders by urgency.
• Monitor completion of tasks, apartment turns, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Inspect property areas and address safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain records, schedules, inventory, and vendor coordination.
