Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety standards, budget adherence, and vendor coordination while supporting the Community Manager’s leadership.

On-site role with daily oversight of staff and contractors. The ideal candidate brings strong supervision skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Strong focus on safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors to plan work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff and contractors.
