Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring cost control and a high level of resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, EPA certification, and 5 years of general maintenance experience; HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• EPA Certification Required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with furnaces, AC, ducts and electrical.
• Own basic tools and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues and replace defective components.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents and vendors.
