Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes and handle additional residential maintenance tasks as needed to maintain resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification, and approximately 5 years of general maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification Required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair)
• HVAC Certification via Technical College or Trade Program preferred
• Must possess own basic tools and have reliable transportation with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and Emergency maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective components as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations; complete service requests professionally and timely.
