Job summary

Progress Residential is hiring a Service Technician III - HVAC to service and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes. This role focuses on delivering outstanding resident experiences while keeping costs in check.

Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, and own tools. You will handle scheduled and emergency maintenance, coordinate with residents and vendors, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification from Technical College/Trade Program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ general service/maintenance experience.
• Experience repairing residential appliances preferred.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations quickly and resolve service requests with excellent customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Complete service requests professionally and maintain punctuality.
• Interact with residents and vendors in a professional manner.
