Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general service and maintenance required.
• Technical College or Trade Program with HVAC Certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Report major repairs or replacements before expenditure.
