Job summary
Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and address repairs while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA certifications, and reliable toolset. You’ll coordinate with residents and vendors, support on-call rotations, and uphold company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- EPA certification is required; HVAC certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of general maintenance and service experience.
- Experience repairing residential appliances is preferred.
- Must possess own basic tools and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance and service requests.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, drywall, and appliance issues.
- Ensure safety and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain professional relationship with residents and contractors.
