Job summary

The Daisy Care technician role focuses on the technical side of projects after completion, delivering onsite service under a contract and ensuring client satisfaction. You will review systems, create notes and surveys, and identify issues for new installs, while rotating across sites to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, reporting, testing, and guiding optimizations, with seamless communication to the service desk and cross-functional teams. On-call weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential AV smart home automation and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of AV distribution and control systems.
• Willingness to travel across tri-state area and perform on-site support.
• Must have valid driver's license and be comfortable with VIP clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by diagnostics on system issues.
• Report problems and test systems.
• Test AV signal flow and programming.
• Ensure functionality of control systems.
• Provide guidance on optimization, repair, or upgrade technology.
• Educate clients and assess changes; provide tutorials as applicable to high service levels.
• Liaise with client to set up and confirm appointments and technical needs.
• Act as backup resource for the service desk to assist with tickets.
• Document pre/post visit notes and service activities; coordinate follow-ups.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and design on surveys, proposals, and needs.
• On-call weekend rotation is required.
