Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of resident connectivity and IoT programs across the portfolio. This remote position requires delivering program consistency, operational excellence, and measurable business results.

You will partner with Property Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to drive adoption, optimize performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze data to support decision-making.
• Experience with Adobe products and project management software preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Connectivity Program strategy across the portfolio, aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver program initiatives.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure program execution is consistent across markets and communities, on time and within budget.
• Support onboarding, training, and resource allocation for program teams.
