Responsibilities include driving KPI performance, coordinating with Operations, IT, and Marketing, and guiding vendors to deliver reliable internet and IoT services while ensuring operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in multifamily property management or related fields.
• Travel up to 60% (local and overnight).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Define, track, and report program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term technology planning.
• Provide training and guidance to onsite teams.
