Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and external partners to optimize performance, improve resident experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• About 2+ years in multifamily property management or program management preferred.
• Travel up to 60% including overnight within markets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resident connectivity programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, and IT to deliver initiatives.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and report to executive leadership.
• Ensure projects are on time, in scope, and within budget.
• Provide training and support to onsite teams on technology programs.
