AXA XL is seeking a Reserving Actuary to collaborate with underwriting, claims, and IT across the Americas. You will generate forward-looking insights on ratemaking, planning, and forecasting to ensure reserve adequacy across varied commercial lines.

You will develop actuarial valuations, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with finance and underwriting to guide business decisions from a data-driven perspective.

Formación

• Actuarial Accreditation from the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS/FCAS).
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Support ad-hoc profitability reviews, business planning, and financial reporting.
• Develop reserve indications and review reserve performance.
• Create actuarial valuations for new and evolving lines of business.
• Build relationships with finance, claims, and underwriting as a consultative partner.
• Prepare actuarial reports focusing resources on emerging risk areas.
