AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking a Reserving Actuary to partner with underwriting, claims, and finance across the Americas. You will analyze reserve adequacy and provide forward-looking insights to support strategic initiatives in ratemaking, planning, and forecasting.

You will develop actuarial valuations for new lines, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver timely reports to guide resource allocation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• CAS accreditation at ACAS or FCAS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support ad-hoc profitability reviews, business planning, financial reporting and special projects.
• Develop reserve indications and review reserve performance.
• Develop actuarial valuations for new lines of business.
• Build relationships with finance, claims and underwriting as a consultative partner.
• Support strategic actuarial initiatives with timely, relevant business intelligence.
• Prepare actuarial reports and exhibits on unit results for resource focus and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with global financial reporting teams.
• Stay abreast of trends affecting actuarial analysis.
• Report to the Head of Americas Casualty.
