Job summary

RRD Company, a leader in marketing and business services, seeks a Sr. Reprographics Associate in New York. You will supervise reprographics and mail workflows, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include timekeeping for direct reports, guiding workflow, and resolving client issues per policy. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are required; lifting up to 50 lbs is part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office services.
• Experience leading employees in areas of process and policy adherence.
• Experience curating workflow to meet deadlines occurring quickly and simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead timekeeping for direct reports and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with team and client on deadlines.
• Elevate operational problems to supervisors.
• Handle client concerns and problem-solve per policies.
• Intake client requests and coordinate team workflow.
• Ensure outstanding client service and build client relationships.
• Produce required reports on schedule.
• Assist team with large or complex jobs.
• Oversee quality assurance and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
• Train new employees on policies.
• Load copiers with paper and toner.
• Maintain logs and reporting docs.
