Enterprise Mobility, operator of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Summerville, SC location. You will provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, handling reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work with no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous inquiries.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and reporting tasks.
• Assist with general administrative duties and back-up responsibilities.
