Enterprise Mobility's Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands are hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Spartanburg, SC branch. This full-time role provides high-level customer service at the counter and over the phone, assisting internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls including reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess rental condition upon return and process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features; may upsell optional protections and upgrades.
