Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Senior to support customers in person and by phone at our Summerville/Charleston area branch. The role emphasizes high‑level customer service, rental back‑up, and administrative tasks in a busy on‑premises environment.

Starting pay is $18 per hour for a 40‑hour week, with a benefits package including time off, health, retirement, and training. Weekend rotation and structured shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or admin support experience.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound reservations, rate quotes, and provide information with resolution.
• Handle outgoing calls for callbacks and follow‑ups as assigned.
• Deliver high‑level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers and assist with rental needs and inquiries.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
• Process returns, check‑ins, and kiosk transactions.
• Perform basic administrative and billing support tasks.
