Enterprise Mobility, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, has an opening for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at 202 Walton Way, Augusta, GA.

This full-time position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek and a robust benefits package including PTO, employee discounts, retirement plan, health benefits, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 incidents in 3 years and no major violations in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and related tasks.
• Provide high-level customer service in person and over the phone; greet customers promptly.
• Assist in checking and processing returns and rental transactions; support in-store operations.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services; upsell protective products and upgrades as appropriate.
• Perform administrative tasks and basic accounting duties; maintain logs and reports.
