The role provides high-level customer service at branches or airport locations, with a starting pay of $18 per hour for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Customer service or retail experience recommended.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries plus provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Assist customers in person or by phone, meet and greet, and provide directions.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products as appropriate.
• Perform basic administrative and billing support tasks and maintain logs.
