Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail or admin support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for reservations, rates, and general inquiries.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit transactions at the branch.
• Market company services while maintaining safety and courtesy.
