Trane Technologies invites a Senior Rental Account Manager to join our team. This field-based role focuses on developing and growing our temporary rental solutions at customer sites, coordinating with Rental Services to deliver turnkey proposals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or rental services, plus a BA/BS in engineering, engineering technology, or business. Expect travel to customer locations and a competitive compensation package with health benefits.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or business or combination of education and experience.
5+ years experience in commercial HVAC systems or rental equipment/services.
DL NUMBER - Driver License valid in-state for 12 months with limited violations.

Responsibilities

Develop and close sales opportunities for emergency response rentals and non-emergency markets.
Create technical solutions based on customer needs and rental equipment offerings.
Develop rental quotes from request to proposal and turnkey solutions.
Coordinate with Rental Services and develop vertical market strategies for temporary solutions.
Arrange shipments/returns with Rental Services fulfillment teams.
Travel to customer sites; may involve outdoor work and variable environments.
