GoTo, a leader in cloud communications, seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting and retention analytics.

You’ll work across teams to model churn, renewal rates, and retention outcomes with precision, delivering forward-looking analysis for planning and strategy. You will analyze retention trends, provide timely insights to leadership, and drive variance analyses to uncover root causes and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models.
• Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting: Own end-to-end renewal forecasting; build and validate forecast models for churn, renewal rates, and retention outcomes.
• Retention analysis: Analyze retention metrics; deliver insights to Retention Analytics and Leaders; own weekly pacing and periodic reviews.
• Proactive insights: Conduct variance analysis; identify root causes; provide actionable recommendations.
• Reporting & data integrity: Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly; ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports; manage large data sets.
