Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the Cyberpunk 2 project. You will develop rendering solutions and optimizations, collaborating with engineers and artists to achieve high visual fidelity in an open-world Unreal Engine 5 environment.

You will optimize performance, memory usage, and contribute to the rendering tech stack of a large-scale game with a cyberpunk universe and diverse character roster.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience working on AAA console titles, particularly with Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with in-depth experience in graphics programming.
• Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or equivalent in-house engine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, debug, and enhance existing graphics systems for improved performance and memory utilization.
• Work with other engineers and content teams to develop new rendering solutions for a large-scale, open-world environment.
• Help art teams bring characters and a cyberpunk world to life, pushing runtime graphical fidelity with rendering expertise.
• Optimize runtime performance and memory utilization across CPU and GPU.
