Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to support and optimize the Workday platform, primarily in a remote setting across the US and select international locations. The role focuses on security, configurations, data loads, integrations, and upgrades, with collaboration across Finance and HR teams to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday ERP experience, strong communication, and proven ability to manage contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM and HRIS exposure.
Experience managing contractors and vendors.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and document decisions.

Responsibilities

Provide routine support for Workday areas: Procurement, Expenses, Banking, General Ledger, Projects, Budgeting.
Manage Workday admin tasks: security, workflows, tenant config, data loads, integrations, upgrades.
Monitor tickets, respond to requests, and communicate with internal customers.
Develop reports, dashboards, and custom fields/reports; create complex calculations.
Lead change management for system rollouts and upgrades.
Coordinate with external resources and monitor system performance.
