Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM and HRIS exposure.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine support for Workday functional areas including Procurement, Expense, Banking, General Ledger, Projects, and Budgeting.
• Configure business processes, security, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Manage contractors and external resources for project success.
• Monitor tickets, respond to requests, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead change management for system rollouts and upgrades.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance partners to ensure data integrity.
