Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and optimize the Workday platform across Procurement, Expenses, Banking, GL, Projects, and Planning. You will configure security, workflows, data loads, integrations, and upgrades, coordinating with HR to ensure data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, including Workday ERP and HRIS exposure, contractor management, and strong communication. Remote work is allowed from many U.S. states and several countries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors, and vendors.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric systems, with a focus on usability.
• Proven record of clear communication (oral and written) with diverse audiences and a record of producing clear documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement and Suppliers, Expense Management, Banking and Settlement, Financial Accounting (GL and Reporting), Business Assets, Projects, Budgeting and Financial Planning.
• Supports functional areas in a production environment with minimal oversight.
• Performs Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets and responds to daily support requests; communicates proactively with internal customers.
• Provides technical and functional expertise including solution review, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Creates technical configuration including business processes, custom fields, reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights.
• Writes standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports and creates complex calculated fields and worksheets.
• Validates issues and drives timely decisions; acts as lead change agent for system rollouts and upgrades.
• Identifies resources from external vendors to fill internal knowledge gaps.
• Monitors system performance and efficiency; develops triage criteria for tickets.
