Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to remotely support and optimize Workday in a US-based environment. The role collaborates with Finance and HR, handles security, configurations, data loads, upgrades, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Workday ERP, strong documentation skills, and experience managing contractors for project success. Excellent cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Experience designing user-centric systems with usability focus.
• Proven record of clear communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine Workday support across functional areas: procurement, expenses, banking, GL and reporting, assets, projects, budgeting and planning.
• Work in production environments with minimal oversight and independently.
• Perform security maintenance, BP configuration, tenant config, data loads, integrations and upgrades.
• Monitor tickets, respond to daily requests and communicate with internal customers.
• Offer technical and functional expertise, including solution options and recommendations.
• Create technical config: BP workflow, custom fields, reports, dashboards, integrations, access rights.
• Develop reports (standard, advanced, matrix, composite) and complex calculated fields.
